Found in China, Mongolia and in the Himalayas, this fruit has shot into popularity in recent years primarily due to the health benefits that have been made available in the edible dried form that most people obtain it in.
While most people in these countries have used these berries for medicinal purposes, the rest of the world is following suit, and here is a list of health benefits that stem from Goji Berries:


Benefit #1:
Increase stamina and endurance while also longevity of the body

In eliminating fatigue especially when one is ill, this can build stamina and endurance in one’s body. The polysaccharides and antioxidants present in the Goji berry play an important role in eliminating the free radicals that are present in the body, thus preventing damage to the healthy cells in the body.

Helps you lose weight as well as increase sexual function

In a recent study on obese patients, they were given Goji berry juice in the morning and afternoon, and it was found that most of them had lost weight significantly, thanks to the polysaccharides that convert food into energy rather than fat. This fruit is known to increase sexual functions in both men and women by increasing testosterone levels significantly.
