Green Bean Spread

This is a delicious spread to use on crackers and wraps.

Blend all ingredients into a smooth purree.

Calories:  223/ Fat: 15g / Protein: 9g/  Sodium: 314mg/ Fiber 5g


There are three types of salt commonly used in raw food cuisine Celtic Sea salt, Himalayan Salt and Real Salt.  They are about 80 percent sodium chloride and contain over 50 trace minerals that are used by the body.  These salts help keep us hydrated, replenish minerals, and maintain a healthy sodium-potassium balance.  Common table salt is processed with chemicals, and all the trace minerals are removed.


2 cups green beans
1/2 cup cashews
1 teaspoon blue-green algae
1/2 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon salt
